"The fire alarm was on late at night—1:45 a.m.! We needed to evacuate during our sleep. We walked to the ground-floor entrance and saw the fire trunk.
After 20 minutes, the firemen walked out and we walked back to the building. The hotel staff didn't explain what had happened. When we returned to the room, we could still smell the burning smell!!
No one explained what happened?!?!!? "
"The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. "
"We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. "
"The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay. "
