"The hotel is very well located and it s easy to walk around. There is a beautiful private beach 5 min walk and many food options nearby. The hotel itself is okay, the room has been refurbished so they are much more modern which I liked. I love the balcony and overall it was a good experience. I love the name of the hotel too because it made me realize we were on the 19th parallel! "
"Seamless check in plus we got two free mai tais! The room was clean and more than adequate. The property is prime location on the beach with a great view of the sunset from the bar. We only used the hotel for a partial day between mandatory condo check out and a late night flight. The staff were helpful in every respect."
"This little one bed condo suite was perfect us. With a mini kitchenette, mini fridge, coffee maker. Parking was always full, however we were able find a space to park. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Love walking up and down Ali Drive. Perfect sunsets can be seen at any restaurant on Ali Drive. We did not drive much. Grocery stores are under 10 minute drive. We love staying at Kona Islander Inn for its convenience to food and shops. "

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "
