"The hotel is in a quiet area but not far from a main bus and tram route. Room was very clean with a nice big comfortable bed. Later hours for breakfast at weekend much appreciated. Friendly staff."
"Very good on the service of the staff, room was clean the only thing was where the toilet was it was serpent to the bathroom it was a little box in with not much room and very closed in "
"Check in for our one night stay was easy and we were pleased with the room, it was bigger than we expected for a city room with a small sofa and table so it was nice to put our feet up and have a cuppa! There were lots of plug sockets and usb (large and small) which was great to charge our phones and watches. The bathroom was clean with lovely complimentary shower gels etc.
If I was nit-picking I would say that the lighting was a bit dim and the aircon was a bit noisy but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay.
We really appreciated being able to store our bags safely while we went shopping after check out. The staff are a real asset to the hotel, all very polite, pleasant and helpful. Thank you."
"Stayed here many times but under refurbishment at the moment - car park half full of contractors and containers - work in some areas so not as clean as before. "
"room was amazing, had a great air-con so we had it nice and toasty! and although un-manned, the staff communicated brilliantly through WhatsApp and were very helpful throughout AND I could leave my car the next day until 2pm so I got to go around Birmingham for a bit the next day."
