"Dee is amazing!! You have a superstar that truly cares for each and every guest! She is genuine and very thoughtful, which comes naturally for her!! I left my medicine in the refrigerator when I checked out and I didn’t realize it. She knew I was getting on a ship to leave on a cruise. Dee contacted me and she was able to coordinate/ bring it to me as I was already on the ship. Dee is so hospitality oriented! As a retired Hotel Security Director/ Guest Service in the industry you are very fortunate to have her!! I sure do hope you will recognize her for the outstanding job she does for your company!!! "This hotel had the BEST views in Galveston!! Our room overlooked the pier and the coastline! They also had a fantastic breakfast and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely recommend!"
