"Spotless room and stunning hotel. Service was 100%. We used room service which was very prompt and housekeeping were quick to help with anything. Reception was extremely helpful and the spa staff very accomodating. Jorj restaurant service 11/10 but for the price food could step up a level"

No kettles in the rooms .they do have a almost hot tap in the bar area .I asked for some hot water when the bar was shut but it was quite hard work to get it .the man in the reception wasn't very willing I say customer service was not high on his list of priorities "
"The building inside is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible, especially the French toast and omelette station. The hotel is also in a brilliant location to access the old town. I highly recommend this hotel!"
