I’d like to have the review removed because it no longer reflects my experience (honestly I was ranting to let off steam in a draft and didn’t mean to post it) and am working with Expedia to get the posting taken down. My second night I had no trouble with street noise or light and the staff went above and beyond to make me and my family feel taken care of. They recommended great restaurants walkable in the neighborhood and gave helpful advice on transportation and attractions in the city. "
