"Amber was so accommodating and such a genuine hostess. The room was comfortable and luxurious, and breakfast was delicious. The whole thing felt like a luxury experience. "
"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful.
We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "
"Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee."
"Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. "
