"Recently renovated, friendly to small children. The staff were generally very helpful and well trained, the beach and pool are beautiful,and breakfast buffet was excellent. The prices of things like drinks and lunch were pretty high, this drove us not spend on them and go elsewhere (€26 for a burger or sandwich)."
"We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it."
"My partner and I level our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is so beautiful inside and out. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind. This was the best hotel we stayed at by far, and we will definitely be back. We also tried Hotel Nixe Palace - right on the beach - and preferred this one."
