"Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and well staffed, meaning items were refilled quickly and efficiently. Location was perfect for us as a family - we came for the Christmas markets and the train car taking you around the four main ones was a few minute walk! "
"My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location (right next to a tram station) and it was very central in terms of walking to the main shopping area, the cathedral and to the river/museum. We felt safe.
Room was comfortable and clean. There was a bit of a musky smell though. We also didn't have any shampoo in the room and had to ask for some, but other than that, the room was great.
We'd definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to other. Staff was also very professional and friendly. "
