"The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We got our favorite room (3rd year going to this hotel) which we adore and the daily breakfast was outstanding. We truly love this Hotel."
"The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk. "
