"The hotel service desk was so helpful. My flight got canceled from a snow storm and after being at jfk for hours, he seamlessly checked me right back into the room I was staying in. "
"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Location was about a 12 minute walk to Time Square. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. The hotel also offers black car service which is cheaper than an Uber or Taxi. You can request the service to bring you from the airport to the hotel by calling and scheduling. We made the mistake of getting a ride from the airport with a company that claimed to be an Uber service. It cost $133.00 for a 6 mile drive/50 minute ride. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out about the service the hotel offered until after we arrived. We will know next time! We 100% recommend Hilton Garden Inn for your stay in NYC. "
"I’ve stayed here before and loved it. So glad we decided to stay here again. The room was very clean, staff was very responsive to requests. They were also very helpful. While here we used the gym and ate at the restaurant. Staff there was wonderful. Would stay here agin. "
