"I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in , they reminded the housekeeping to keep and eyes on us cox we got elderly check in.
