Olga our front desk representative (on arrival) met us with a warm smile and her suggestions guided our search for my wife's Spanish ancestors; some of whom had immigrated to the US from Madrid about 80 years ago. Because of Olga, we were able to locate and honor and pay respects to the Fernandez family ancestors we found in the San Isidro Cemetery. Olga is a credit to the Crowne Plaza Hoteland IHG family."
