"What a great little place to stay while we visited Rome. Matteo, our host, was absolutely amazing! He greeted us warmly, shared all sorts of ideas for our visit to Rome, was accessible, and genuinely made us feel welcome! He even presented us with a bottle of wine! The room was so clean, so nice. Super comfortable bed, too. "
"Very clean and neat - perfect location in relation to where my daughter is living. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful (via WhatsApp and the cleaning lady). Self check in was easy - though a little intimidating for a first-time visitor to Rome (I didn’t expect there to be other businesses in the building!) Two minor complaints - I asked them to arrange my transport from the airport to the guest house and the driver never showed up. And the two flight walk up with luggage (on a hot night) was unwelcome after a long travel day. A/C in the room didn’t work first night, but once they got it going, it was perfect. Once I was settled in and got over that hurdle, no complaints. "
