"It's a great experience to stay in Crowne Plaza, clean room, convenient location, friendly hotel employees etc. Although encountering some issues during our stay, the gentleman (sorry that we forgot to ask for his name) at the front desk was so helpful and willing to solve the problems promptly. Liam Lu at the concierge was so helpful during our stay. He is so friendly and very professional in doing his jobs. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. We will stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when travelling to Shanghai."
"Great modern hotel with high floors and spacious rooms. All rooms have a great view as there are no other towers close by. Hotel is also connected to a mall and is only 5 minutes walk from the exhibition center, very convinient. "
