"The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, i asked to check-out at 14:00 and they were very accomadating. Also, they offer lots of guidance about where to go and things to do. 😃"
"Beautiful hotel in a very central location, 5 minutes walk from Cathedral square.
Parking available but opposite the hotel, but it’s on a grass/mud so you might have to drag your suitcase through the mud if it’s wet. It costs 12 euros per day I think. Good value given there’s no fee parking in the city centre.
The room was spacious and beautiful. Beds comfortable (we both have back issues and we found the bed to be OK).
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice and spacious bathroom with good toiletries.
