"Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a kind word and smile. The hotel was festively decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed walking out the front door and being right in the middle of the shops and restaurants in Manitou Springs.
The special New Year’s Eve dinner in the dining room was excellent! Plenty of choices for each course. My husband said it was the best filet mignon he has ever eaten!
Also, we were able to see the fireworks on Pikes Peak from our room at midnight. "
"All of it was great except the parking system. I had self parking charges to our card for each night and there was a time where we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. We called to front desk for assistance but they had a heavy call volume at that time which is understandable but we needed out so we ended up having to scan the QR code and ended up paying an additional $42 to exit the parking garage which needs to be refunded. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
"This hotel is breathtaking and offers an abundance of amenities! For us we needed a dog friendly hotel and this one exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. We were just travelling thru but now we plan on coming back this way so we can stay another night. "
