You might want to play some rounds at Rocky Point Golf Course, located 6.5 mi (10.5 km) from central Tampa. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is family-friendly and has lots of nice beaches. "best hotel i’ve stayed at in this area. they checked me in at 10 am even though check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm this really improved my stay and overall experience. thank you for the great service and comfortable amenities. definitely a 5 star experience. highly recommended. thanks again!"
"Our room faced both the beach and the marina. The only downside was you cannot see the sunset from the rooftop grill like they claim. The inside of the curtain was pretty gross and highly visible when coming in from the balcony. We contacted the front desk and they said they would be changing it out."

"Room and bathroom was pre outdated but clean, bed is really comfortable and bed sheet is very fresh . Pool is very nice but hot tub is outdated. Staffs are amazing very kind .I would come back.
