"Great experience despite our room not being ready at arrival. The concierge kept our bags and walked us up to the bar upstairs and provided drinks for us while we waited for our room. All of the staff were polite, common areas clean and hotel rooms comfy and inviting. We will be staying there again next year on our next visit."
"Clean room, great location, room design is unique.onkybitem to improve is to give discount vouchers for parking garages. Parking fees are $$$
Which can impact length of stay for many."
"The layout of this hotel is odd. you have to travel down the first floor room hallway to even get to the elevator to take you up. I did not eat at the hotel. There are no place (restaurants or fast food) nearby to eat. Only Mexican and Asian
I would not recommend this Double Tree it does not stand up to expected Doubletree standards."
