"Customer service truly went above and beyond!! We had a minor issue with one of our rooms that I honestly did not expect anything in return for. Customer service took care of our parking fee, gave us a huge discounted rate for meals, and even a little something to purchase anything we may need at their market. Not what I expected at all. Throughout the process they could not have been any nicer and professional."

"Everything was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. My room had a bit of an old smell. I think the carpet needed cleaning. Other than that all was good. Breakfast had many hot items, fresh fruit as well as muffins. Juice and coffee as well. Good job Jacksonville Holiday inn"
