"We have a very pleasant stay. We booked the family room, which is very convenient, the only thing is that the couples room does not have air conditioning(only a fan), only the 3 beds room have air conditioning, so not good enough during the heat wave. But overall good."
"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "
"Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Leisure area was nice but hot tube and pool looks like needed be cleaned and had lots of bleach and chemicals. Bedrooms needs a makeover, very old building. Missed cupboards and hangers to organize clothes. "

We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets.

"Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "
