"Beyond my expectations, this hotel is the perfect balance between historic building restoration and modern luxury amenities. It disconnect you from the city’s noise and vibrant environment into a quiet and private space. The restoration work is marvelous. It’s personnel is attentive, charming and eager to make your stay as pleasant as can be."
"El restaurante está estrecho aunque el buffet está bueno; deberían de orientar mejor el área donde ponen el café y no junto a donde se sirve la comida ya que retrasa el flujo de personas que esperan para servirse los alimentos. "
"Clean room, excellent service, awesome pool with warm water, excellente food service in the restaurant and in the pool. Safe, quiet. Very comfortable room. "
"We had an amazing stay at Casa Azulai in Puebla. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy for us to walk and explore the city. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing.
Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special.
The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!"
