"The air conditioning was great, a few steps away from the beach and they offered great food. Also staff was soo welcoming and nice. When I come back to Rio I will be staying at the Windsor again. They treated me soo well ❤️"
"Room clean, location more private than hotels along the beaches. Bikes not in great shape, but fun to ride to the forte and copacabana on path. LeBlon for dinner or shopping a mile walk or Sheraton shuttle. Great breakfast—- open at 6am and amazing sunrise view"
"Overall, I really recommend this hotel. About 95% of the staff were courteous, kind, and genuinely happy to help, which made the stay very enjoyable. The only downside was the remaining 5%—a few employees who didn’t smile, didn’t greet guests, and seemed bothered when asked for anything. In particular, some of the pool bar staff consistently looked like they disliked their job, which was disappointing.
That said, everything else was excellent: the location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the cocktails were great quality. I would absolutely stay here again."
