"I was very impressed with this hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly from Manager to all staff, Room was spotless and clean. Only suggestion put longer shower curtains in your roll up bathrooms. I had to use towels to dry the floor as the curtain was too high. "
"I recently stayed at The Element in New York with two friends and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious enough for all three of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. We loved the coat closet space—perfect for storing all our stuff—and the bathroom was really nice.
The staff and security were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were quick to assist with a smile. It made us feel very welcome.
The location was one of the best parts. Everything was walkable, and when we needed to go further, most places we wanted to visit were only 10-15 minutes by subway, 25 minutes max. Super convenient for exploring the city.
Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed it every morning before heading out.
Overall, everything about this hotel was great. I'd definitely recommend The Element to anyone visiting New York, especially if you're traveling with a small group!"
