"Comfortable clean room in the ideal location, close to Flinders Street Station, Southbank and the Casino. Not a fan of the Self-Check in as it takes away the personal contact that you require if you are in a new city. Also always seem to be allocated a low level room (This time Level 2)."

"This was a great stay. The room was spotless, as was every other area of the hotel (foyer, gym, outdoor areas & breakfast area)
I was staying for my birthday and received a bottle of wine and a room upgrade at no extra charge which I wasn’t expected but extremely grateful for. Staff were very friendly and efficient, was able to park on the street outside of the hotel and had free parking over the weekend, the gym was great and everywhere had perfect views of the city. The screen casting wasn’t working on my tv but that was the only little issue I could find with my stay. I’ll be looking to stay here again definitely :)"
