"I did not have the breakfast option at Hilton Grand. The Property was well kept and clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful.
The Rewards Program: Some suggestions regarding the rewards program, it needs to be revised upon guest arrival. Allow guest to check in first and settle into their room, not by pushing them to do a tour of the property ASAP. Maybe the presentation can be arranged for a better date/time for all guests after their arrival. Please review your operations in this area. Overall, we had a nice stay with the Hilton Grand. Happy New Years! "
