"The staff was beyond accommodating. They switched our rooms at no charge and the 24/7 room service was SO nice for our 4 year old who sometimes wakes up and needs warm milk to get back to bed. They are probably the sweetest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself is on the newer side and was gorgeous - I would stay here over the Disney hotels any day. It was a 12-20 minute walk to the parks depending on the direction you took. We cut through California Grand a lot and it was a straight shot. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to go back. "
"When we arrived and got checked in went to our room, apparently someone else was checked into the same room. Went back to the front desk let them know what had happened the hotel receptionist was super friendly and apologized and gave us a new room. Although we got a new room we didn’t notice till after but the carpet was damp. It didn’t bother us, we enjoyed our stay! "
