"From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
There was no assistance available for check-in. I had to wait outside and call the hotel multiple times. When someone finally answered, they were unhelpful and even ended the call abruptly without explanation or courtesy.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strange and unpleasant odor. I couldn't identify the source, but it made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in.
To make matters worse, the room was not soundproofed at all. I was repeatedly woken up by traffic noise from outside early in the morning, making restful sleep impossible.
Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I am relieved to have left and will certainly never return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that future guests don’t have a similar experience."
"The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The night view from the 79th floor was absolutely stunning — it was truly a wonderful stay.
The only issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to stop automatically, possibly due to overheating, and couldn't fully dry our clothes. Although staff responded quickly and sent someone to check, the problem wasn’t completely resolved.
That said, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed the room. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely choose Skytower once more."
