"We arrived on an early flight, and got to the hotel at 6 AM. We were very tired. They gave us an early check-in in: no extra cost, and no questions asked! When you've been traveling intentionally for two days, this is a huge bonus."

"This is my kind of place. A quaint older hotel with a friendly staff located right in the heart of downtown. The decor and the space are lovely. Breakfast not included, but there is room service for breakfast and lunch."

"The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful, a really lovely group of people. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast included fresh pineapple juice and a delicious omelette. My only complaint is it’s very noisy both in the hallway and outside from the traffic."

"Great with communication, arranged airport transfer and stored our luggage while we went out to the jungle. The room we booked was what we were after, large & clean, bed was comfortable. "
