Park 23 is home to a movie theatre by the Indonesian Cineplex XXI chain. It screens international blockbuster releases on its 4 screens with daily times ranging from noon to 9.45pm. There are amusement centres and arcades, a thematic food court by Eat & Eat, a Starbucks café, and various dining outlets with local and international cuisines – most are out on the street-facing foyer, overlooking an outdoor dining court with street food-style carts.

This roadside foyer also serves as an impermanent events venue on weekends as mini-stages, complete with sound and lighting systems, are set up on site. These are surrounded by café table setups where you can pick a spot, sit back and enjoy some live music together over your ordered drinks and bites.
