"Every person that I met on the property was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. From the women in reception to the man cleaning the pools to the man who fixed a little problem in our room to the maids I met in the hall, everyone was welcoming and hospitable. The grounds were well taken care of and filled with things to do and the pools and hot tubs were exceptionally clean."

Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable and had a view of downtown Manchester and surrounding area. My only complaint was that the large sloping windows of the top story were dirty and obscured the view."
