"We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, always greeting us whenever we passed by. The pool and hot tub were easy to find, and we loved being able to enjoy a swim, even during Christmas when the temperatures dropped. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. We would definitely recommend this place. Oh last thing, I loved that I was able to text the concierge whenever I had a question versus calling or going to the front desk. This was a big plus for us! "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Palm Springs Hyatt Regarding the help at the check-in desk is questionable. (Helpfulness included only the bare necessities. Whereas the maid service and engineering assistance (uncloging the toilet; starting heater, etc.)was especially helpful!"
