"The key card did not work. It took some time to get a key that worked for the door. The bathroom had a terrible odour as it had 3 or 4 urinal discs sitting on a ledge above the door. Check out was 10 am which is very early."
"We loved this place! It was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. There’s a restaurant and nice garden area for dining. It is a short tuk tuk drive from the ferry or bus station (4000-5000shillings) across the road is the yacht club where you get a day pass for 10 000 shillings/pp, lots of lounging areas, pool table, showers, lockers and beachfront plus the food was exceptional (one of our favourite meals all trip) and reasonably priced. The area is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend as a fantastic budget accommodation."
"Loved our stay at the Lawns Hotel! Situated walkable to all you need in Lushoto and close by all the trails we wanted to trek up! The pool area is adorable and we truly felt like we were part of the jungle. Would recommend! They also have a refillablle water bottle station (with clean water!) which is sooo much better than the constant water bottles you have to throw away!"
