"First off, the property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Annette from the front desk has to be celebrated for her customer focus and going above and beyond for our stay. We booked a room that didnt quite fit our expectations (my fault when booking) but Annette was patient and persistent in making it right for us and that exceeded our expectations. We will be rebooking our next stay at the Southermost Resort based on great experience with Annette and staff. "

"The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly and everything was kept up so nice. There's a nice restaurant with many choices, nice little convenience store and a tram that takes you to the airport or down to Duval Street every hour. There's also a tram that will take you to the beach and that's all included in your stay. Concierge service was delightful and trying to accommodate you to make sure you have the best time during your vacation. There are all kinds of bikes and golf carts and scooters that you can rent right on the property or they will bring them to you. It was nice being down at the quiet end of the island and going down to Duval Street when you wanted some unique food or shopping experiences. I will definitely return again."
