"Good hotel. i had several issues on contacting property. calling hotel several times, and speakign english, telephone was dropped 3 times in a row :( had to reach call center of all Jufa hotels to leave my request on late check in.
1 iron and 1 iron board for all hotel :(

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
