"一次好友的同遊，酒店設施齊全，房間寛闊舒適，泳池及周圍的環境非常好，鄰近有賭場，另有免費專車前往大世界，前往珍珠樂園及野生動物園非常方便，整體而言，如要在北部玩齊三个景點，首選這裡。"

"Very good services and hospitality, the staff at the pool were super helpful, staff who make up rooms leave little gift (tea bag, sweet ginger, massage oil) at subsequent nights. Very good environment with lots of trees and garden-like open spaces (unlike morden hotels with concrete and glasses and buildings). A signature fragrance everywhere. Quiet and relax ambience. "

"今次一家住了4晚，在海灘前排的房間，空間大，整體服務及設施尚算滿意，價格合理，去樂園非常近，適合帶小朋友的家庭。 我非常推薦酒店逢星期三/六的BBQ自助晚餐，有火舞表演。氣氛很好。另外在沙灘上的The Haven Beach Clud也很有情調，住客的餐飲有額外折扣。 唯獨浴室比較不滿意，水不夠熱，開最熱也只有暖水，所以浸浴體驗不佳，浪費了浴缸，主房浴室也有點味道。"

"CHECK-IN的時候櫃台人員有告知基本資訊，但忘記告知旅客早餐地點不在同一棟樓 而是要搭電梯到一樓然後走到隔壁棟用餐。導致第一天早餐我與家人花了20分鐘在來回尋找早餐用餐位置。"

"The room (house) is very spacious and the private swimming pool is terrific for kids. The environment is peaceful. The infinity pool and the beach are great to enjoy. The spa is awesome! Will definitely come for the second time!"
