I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis. "

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
