"Staff was all courteous! Place was clean! The private onsen was great! Private onsen was filled in about 20 minutes from empty! Perfect temperature! Lots of snacks!"
"The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money."
