Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU

"A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door).
We enjoyed the buffet food, unlimited ice cream, and all sorts of drinks and snacks peppered around the lobby floor. They just look after you very well here.
If you have kids, I definitely recommend staying here for a few days while exploring Hakone and enjoying the onsens. We will come back again. "

Room was well stocked, with quality fittings and (importantly) a comfortable bed.
Shower room is excellent. Power shower and bathtub offered an unexpected bonus after a hard day of walking.
