"The room auto-cancelled at 3am on our record breaking 2 day 15 hour per drive from Canton TX to Concord CA. In a super heroine move, Angela fixed us up for the perfect rest at our halfway point, reversing it & treating us like royalty. Huge props to her & this location. What a dank cozy pad."

"Room was clean, most staff were amazing and although we didnt really have an opportunity to use the amenities, we were grateful for them and hope to use rhem in the future. The young man that checked us in however needs to take lessons from all the other staff. He had an artitude which was uncalled for. Other than that it was an amazing experience. "

"This is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The individuals at the front desk and every other staff member we passed were friendly and ready to assist us. Our room had been remodeled and so the floors and bath were all very modern and new. The rooms have individual air/heaters and small refrigerators, microwaves. The only small complaints we had were- there is no place to store our shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the shower. Everything must sit on the floor. The made to order breakfast was great, just don't order the hash browns."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the wonderful support from the desk clerk who registered and assigned the room. She was on the ball, informing me where to park my car, arranging for an early airport transport, having a to-go bag breakfast prepared, a wake-up call, plus a great bed. She was arranging each request as we spoke. Never seen that before at any hotel. A+ for her."
