The staff were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything. The location is ideal, close to the city’s main attractions while still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and all the facilities were top-notch. I couldn’t fault a single thing – Luster Hotel made my Lisbon trip extra special, and I would definitely stay here again!"

The room was comfortable and clean, although was a small amount of mold in the shower so cleanliness could have been better. The pool, sauna and hammam were the best part with an awesome view. "Really sunny and nice room. Enough space and great balcony (not a nice view as you see mostly other balconies) but a lot of sun enters most of the day. The ac keeps the room fresh and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
