"Wonderful room! Only thing I’d say is that when I booked, it had stated there was a full bed and 2 bunk beds in the room so I ordered two rooms, but once we got there, there were two full beds, and four single beds. Beautiful room but definitely would’ve booked just one since it was enough. Had such a good stay otherwise! "

Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to stay longer. Service was prompt for the hole group, without feeling rushed, and the team struck a strong balance between casual hospitality and operational discipline. The relax area was another highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for downtime, it provided a quiet counterweight to a busy workday. The surrounding area of Copenhagen further enhances the experience. With easy access to public transport, cafés, canals, and the vibrant urban energy, the hotel sits in an ideal location for both business and leisure. One group member praised the walking to nearby cultural spots or catching a quick train connection, the combination of convenience and atmosphere supports a seamless stay. Overall, Scandic demonstrated a strong standard of Nordic hospitality: reliable, attentive, and grounded in practica"
