Provided drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) and snacks. I wouldn’t overspend for the Cross Room Floor for lounge. Breakfast was good. Various options to eat. Location was ideal for Dontobori if that’s where you want to be nearby "

"A seriously great stsy in the heart of Osaka. Rooms are on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower room was amazing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the downstairs complimentary tea, coffee and drinks is a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again."
