"Exceptional standard of "

"This is my second time staying at Vita Hotel and I was very much let down after a great stay the first time around. The staff were unfriendly both at reception and in the breakfast area. Furthermore, the so called superior room that we were given was awful as it was right at the front of the hotel and so was subject to noise from the nightclub strip until the early hours!! The hot breakfast selection was also poor with only bacon, eggs, beans and tomato. I feel very let down by my experience and would hesitate to recommend this time around."

"Yes after we were moved to another room on the top floor. could only see rocks and the sea before plus some off the items in the room were broken "

"I just want to say thank you so much for the wonderful time at your hotel. It is so welcoming, clean and the breakfast was out of this world. The location was also great. Thanks to the gentleman at the reception on Sunday morning that gave us directions on places to visit and was so patient with all my questions. He also handed us pretty flowers for the international women's day. You really made our day. He is also an assest to your organisation. To all hotel staff, I appreciate you for maintaining the hotel to such a high standard. we love you all."

"Lovely hotel, with a spacious, clean room and a superb shower. Staff all polite and exceptionally helpful. The spa area was a lovely place to relax for an hour or so. Close to everything St Julian’s had to offer and no distance to explore Malta generally. "

"Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Rep less so. Could do with a spruce up and I questioned how room service worked with no phone in the room. Shower screen didn’t fit over bath so was hard to shower without flooding the bathroom. Very squeaky bathroom door. Good location though & nice bar area. Food ok but not much variety. For a Radisson in a country where you can’t drink the tap water I would have expected drinking water to be provided for free in the room. Fine overall but nothing special. "
