"Large comfortable room with high ceilings and updated bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is located near everything we wanted to see. Perhaps the only downside was the TV had a weird interface and the front entry is up one flight which was a little confusing at first arrival, but neither is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would book again."

"This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."
