"The room was comfortable, clean but the bathroom doors are not set up for privacy. I wouldn't want to share the room with my kids due to the privacy issue. Basically you would wake up your roommate anytime you would use the bathroom at night. "

"The room they gave me from the Expedia offer was awful, my wife almost cried when we went in, 3rd floor no view from any angle other than utility structures and garage, the neighbor balcony was less than 6" away, though the room was clean. Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful in finding the best room available, very courteous and professional. Even when the facilities are outdated, the cleanliness was great, our room was done every day, leaving it spotless; the housekeepers were courteous and flexible to accommodate to our needs. Restaurant and cafeterias good, swimming pools cleaned every day. Thank you Trade Winds for an awesome stay. "
