The room is quite old and does not match the advertised photos. There were many issues, including a leaking bathroom tap that caused extremely low water pressure. In addition, the television, cooker hood, one of the air conditioners, and several lamps were all out of order. We raised these issues, but due to the year-end period, no one came to repair them, and no alternative rooms were available. It was a very unpleasant stay and completely ruined our trip. It was absolutely not worth the money we paid.

Fantastic hotel

The location of this hotel is exactly why i booked it - having the traditional, famous tram 28 and 12 cruising right next to it. Of course there would be sound from the tram but i was not bothered at all, rather, I found it charming. The room was very clean, staff was friendly. However, it's hard to commute to the hotel with luggage because from train or metro station, there is only the unspacious tram and one route of bus (it operates with small coach instead of an actual bus). Suggested to get a taxi if you don't have tight budget, Bolt/Uber usually don't take the order to go up hill.

The room was ok but had some issues to consider. #1 the bed was to low and if you have difficulty getting up from the floor it's similar to that #2 The room is a nice size but almost half of the ceiling has a indentation that you basically can't walk under. If you do be careful because you will hit your head .#3 the hotel is on a street where the tram passes directly in front of so be prepared to hear or at least feel it until 11 PM. You have to be very aware in front the tram passes directly in front of the door. #4 No elevator !!! the young man did help us with our bags, #5 Alfama is very hilly so expect to walk steep inclines, unless you take Ubers everywhere.

The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with couch, and a kitchenette with table. All this and still one of the best prices with only hostels being much cheaper. Great front desk staff also!

Rented a suite. Overall it was great, even a nice backyard area, great for relaxing. Only complaints were that the sofa is beginning to show its age, the TV screen was quite small and, like many places in Portugal, nobody thought about places to hang towels and garments in the bathroom. Still, it was nice, quiet and a pleasant experience staying in the historic Alfama area of Lisbon.

場所は「Theリスボン」という風景に溶け込んだ場所でした。部屋は個性的で、好みは分かれるかもしれませんが、個人的には広々とした空間が大好きでした。エレベーターは無いため、大きなスーツケースを持参される場合は大変かもしれません。スタッフも強面な方も非常に細やかにサポートしてくれました。あと、チェックアウトが12時というのが何気に助かりました。朝食をローカルのお店に繰り出す上でも、一旦、部屋に戻って整えてからチェックアウトできるので助かりました。

The location and the staff are excellent. The amenities are very limited. For example they have shampoo/bodywash but no conditioner. It's probably the most sparse hotel room I've ever been in. For us, it was all on because of the location, the price, and the friendliness of the staff.

Logement parfait

Chambre très propre. Logement très spacieux. Tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger. Les personnes de la réception souriantes et très aidantes. Une machine à café Dolce Gusto dans le logement et nous avons pu acheter des capsules à la réception. Localisation parfaite pour rayonner dans le quartier d'Alfama et au-delà. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déj, donc nous ne pouvons pas en juger. Néanmoins, nous avons pris un café en journée et il était délicieux. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons pu leur laisser nos valises après le check out pour se promener jusqu'au départ final. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The property was exactly as described - we had a double room, and room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The property is located on the no 28 tram route (this starts at 6am and stops at midnight) not a concern for us but might be for some. Staff were very helpful. We found some really good small restaurants within 5 minutes walk of our accommodation. Would recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.
