Room was non smoking, the duvet the pillows were not changed and its was not pleasant to lie down.. informed hotel management and offered free breakfast for the morning, which was good

Our room was on attic with only roof windows. It was extremely warm in the room and airplanes above and loud neighbors, so we hardly slept at all. No warning when booking or when checking in.

Mir hat direkt die freundliche Begrüßung gut gefallen. Gewünscht Informationen und Wegbeschreibungen waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück fand ich ansprechend. Alles da ... Obst, Joghurt, Musik, Brötchen, Ei, Wurst, Käse, O-Saft und ein leckeres Kaffee. Mit der Matratze bin ich gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus ist "etwas" hellhörig. Ich hatte Glück mit den "Nachbarn" ... Sollte ich wieder in der Nähe von Mainz sein, komme ich gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an alle, die mir eine gute Zeit beschert haben.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin, nehme ich dieses Hotel gerne wieder. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und Badewanne gehabt. Viel Platz im Bad und Zimmer. Sehr nette Rezeption.
