View was amazing, walk downstairs and the beach was there, you just go enjoy it for a bit and go back to the balcony and enjoy everything, 100/100. The bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not cooling enough but I enjoyed every moment there. I will be chasing that room for next time. Room 911

Loved it

The location is right in front of the beach on the boardwalk. Far enough from Nick's to have dome peace and quiet. The place was update, I think they did a nice job. There is a small kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There nothing else, you would have to bring everything like if you were camping (pots, plates, coffee filter...). AC was very cold. I would recommend and stay here again.

2nd chance, horrible.

Worst place to stay. The door to the room first was locked after check in, they fix it, but the door looks like was destroyed for got in.we Expended a lot off money to cook inside and wasn’t work. Bad company, and they have a lot of hotel in the area and they look the same. That gave an excellent location but horrible management.

It was okay

When we checked in and went to our room we immediately went down and asked to be moved somewhere else. There were no plug ins in the bathroom or in the bedroom in front of any mirrors. There was a 1 inch gap on the exterior door and a flight of stairs that my sister could not use. They moved us to one of their other properties

Descriptions do not disclose fees due at property. Every person checking in complained. For the fees rooms and pools should be better. Hallway where my room was, was blocked areas were taped off and room had no partial ocean view as disclosed. I do have another booking here would love to change it but did non-refundable - just hoping for a better room next time

The place has been renovated but only in the rooms. Too bad it’s right in the beach. So the people that stay there can be transient. You check in down the block then they send you off to your room. The lock was broken my room was wide open. You haveto order a set of dishes to use then they come with a box that has your itensils. They have a little store at check in a lot of junk food etc sodas . So go to Publix first buy your stuff cause it’s expensive. The staff at front desk is good just kinda ghetto they speak w an attitude and don’t even sckniwledge your existence. Be careful this company owns many run down hotels like this one and renovate the interior. The bed is comfortable. The maintenance guys are great. Very helpful I had to see them three times.😠 There’s a bike rental adjacent so anyone goes there to rent and the quality of the guests is questionable. Some locals that stay weekly I won’t book w them again they got me twice and it’s expensive

I liked how close it was to the beach. I didn’t like that the TV only worked one night and the outlet next to the bed did not work. The check in office worker was short and seemed annoyed when I couldn’t find it at first.

This was not an ocean view room unless you are outside, stairs narrow, card in room asking for tip for maid service. One bed was good the other was lumpy and uncomfortable, bathroom dated and showerhead old, water gets very hot, hard to adjust, kitchen has nothing, called for cups and was told to go to the check-in lobby 2 blocks away; got a used dirty box with old poor quality utensils, was not a pleasant experience and it costs way too much! I need a refund for this low star place billed as 4 star

Convenient location, but that’s all .

Good Location, clean, but very old and rundown. Nickel and dime you for a resort fee, which is got to be a joke because it’s in the way of resort hotel. Also help you pay for parking.
