La atención de todo el presonal, desde el guardia, el front desk y las personas del desayuno fue MUY buena La habitación es bonita, pero no tan cómoda. La cama tenía un cubrecolchón ruidoso El piso aunque alfombrado se sentía irregular

Desafortunadamente el hotel tiene ahora un gimnasio o local de zumba y desde las 7 de la mañana suena música a todo volumen, no es exageración, las paredes retumban. Muy mala elección de inquilinos por parte de los dueños de la plaza en la que está , no volvería hasta que lo quiten.

Habitación amplia, camas y sillón cómodo en general, excelente vista hacia las montañas en algunas habitaciones, el personal es extremadamente amable y el lugar es limpio, no cuenta con frigobar al interior de la habitación pero hay uno es área comun que se puede usar, el desayuno es bueno, tipo continental, todo bien excepto el ruido de un gym que está abajo del hotel, que inicia música a las 7 am hasta las 10 pm, lo que hace que el descanso no sea placentero, por lo menos perjudica a las habitaciones que están en el primer piso del hotel

Reserve 2 habitaciones que contaban con una cama Queen Size y una individual, al pagar me indican que solo tenían habitaciones solo con cama Queen Size me pusieron en una habitación la cama individual la cual tuve que poner yo el colchón en el piso porque el colchón era matrimonial y la base individual. Ya me había quedado en este hotel antes y resultaba conveniente. Sin embargo en estas últimas dos ocasiones fue muy complicado. Primero, al momento de solicitar factura te ponen muchos peros y literalmente te obligan a pagar en efectivo o reservar con booking. Segundo, siempre hay un tema con el baño, o no te ponen jabón o simplemente les da lo mismo si es jabón de manos que shampoo. Tercero. Hay habitaciones que no tienen ganchos y cuando piden te los niegan. Cuarto. El estacionamiento si llegas después de las
